Core Power Training offers private and small group training.  Private would be your traditional 1 on 1 personal training. The fitness program is designed to achieve individual results.  Small group training is 2 to about 5 people training in the same hour.  With small group training not only will you achieve the results you would with private training but you would spend time with friends,family,spouse,etc.  A new challenge with social interaction will give you a sense of competency and accountability.  And the best thing is not only is there going to be great group energy but the cost of group training is more Affordable!
